ArizonaIncome Shares Model

Arizona uses the Income Shares model. Both parents' gross incomes are combined and run through a schedule to determine the basic child support obligation. Each parent pays their pro-rata share. Parenting time adjustments kick in when the non-custodial parent has more than 93 overnights per year.
